Help! I left my Nuvaring out of the fridge after I picked it up from the pharmacy, is it still good?

Fortunately, Nuvaring can be left out at room temperature for up to 4 months without losing any effectiveness.
In fact, the manufacturer doesn't recommend one way or the other (refrigerated vs. non-refrigerated) once it has been dispensed to the user. It is only a requirement to refrigerate the product when it is being stored in a pharmacy prior to dispensing.
Below is directly from the manufacturer:
"Prior to dispensing to the user, store refrigerated 2-8°C (36-46°F). After dispensing to the user, NuvaRing can be stored for up to 4 months at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15-30°C (59-86°F)."
As long as you begin use of the Nuvaring within four months, and it hasn't been stored over 86°F, you have nothing to worry about.
